Meet Jonathan Stone, my fifth great grandfather. He was born on February 2, 1753 in the family mansion at Mount Auburn in Watertown, Massachusetts. When he was 22 years old, he was a Minute Man. He fought on the first day of the Revolutionary War. When the war was over, he married. Counting his own children as well as his brother's children, there were 11 in his family. This man had courage and adventure to fight for his country.
