Location: Salt Lake Valley (the right place), Utah - The end destination for the trek across the plains.

Summary: Happy and sad

Journal entry: Dear people of the world
Today we left after the wagons. We got left behind at the beginning so we had to race past company B wagons to get to the monument. We were so excited to see all the people it was unbelievable to see that many people welcoming us home. It was amazing so many people crying and thanking us. We got to go up to the monument and listen while the prophet spoke. My grandma and grandpas came to meet us.

We all started crying and stuff I am going to miss all my wagontrain friends. They had a special dinner for us and took the pictures of all the people who came all the way from omaha. It feels weird for this to be over I wonder what I will do. I am happy and sad.

Well this is Dan from This is the Place park finally in the SLC valley
