July 6, 1997

Location: Green River Crossing, Wyoming - Between Simpson's Hollow and Granger.

Summary: Ferrying across the river.

Journal entry: Dear people of the world
I usually don't write on Sunday but today they did a Green River crossing with a ferry it was cool. They had five wagons go across but not with horses. They also had two boats and lots of people with life jackets on.

The Downs our neighbors brought us dinner today it was so good and so nice.

We are staying in our camp tonight since we have to get up at 4:30 yuck.

Well this is just a little note so this is Dan signing off from a gravel pit by the Green River in Wyoming.
