Hosea Stout Journals

February 10, 1848

Summary: John Pack decides to drop the suit against Stout.

Journal entry: Thurs Feb. 10th 1848. Early this morning John Pack came to me desiring to drop the suit against me. He suggested that we let our difficulties, regarding the liquor, all go by the Board which I agreed to. I told Prest Young what I would prove & he advised him to drop it.
