Summary: Ferry to Fort Laramie, compliments on group behavior, doctoring, and new family joins company.

Journal entry: Friday. Elders Kimball, Richards and I visited Mr. Bordeaux at the Fort. We paid him $15.00 for the use of the ferryboat. Mr. Bordeaux said that this was the most civil and best behaved company that had ever passed the fort.

Dr. Luke Johnson prefessionally attended several persons in the fort.

Robert Crow's company, numbering 17 souls, joined the Pioneer Camp.

Traveled 8 1/4 miles.
