Summary: Horse bolting and barbed wire.

Journal entry: Dear People of the World
Today is the day after the rest day. Are horse is better now. We traveled 16 miles today. I walked the whole way today my feet are tired. So after we got to camp we went again soaked our feet into camp. I was the first one into camp.

At lunch today two wagons behind ours a team of horses bolted and ran right to where my friends and I were sitting. We jumped out of the way and the horses ran through a big ditch on the side of the road and up the other side and through a barb wire fence.

Ken, Jodie, Kate, Jeff, Mark, Mathew hello from your mom and Sue, she misses you and loves you.

Well until tomarrow that's all folks. dan
