Summary: Geography lesson.

Journal entry: Dear people of the world,
Today we are traveling about 27 miles. I rode in a wagon until lunch and then I walked and helped the handcart company. It was a bumpy morning and even more bumps in the afternoon.

Today just after lunch we passed the continental divide I learned that this is where the water starts to go towards the Pacific ocean.

We also went through south pass which is the highest elevation that we have been

The animals all did pretty good. Some friends invited us to a movie I haven't seen one since April so I am excited.
