Pioneer: Hans Greeff (Sarah - 4th Grade)

Hans Greeff is my grandpa, but I call him "Opa." He is a very kind man. Many years ago, in the 1970's, while living in Sandy, Utah, he took time out to help a neighboor in need. He was on his way to work when he noticed his neighbor struggling to put cement in his driveway. The neighbor was trying to save money by doing this himself. My Opa turned his car around, called his work and sacrificed a day's pay to help his neighbor finish his driveway. This generous man has the qualities of a pioneer.
