Entering No Name BayMay 23, 1997

Name: Entering No Name Bay

Location: Lemoyne, Nebraska

Description:
When it rains the sand becomes more firm and it is easier for the wagons and handcarts to cross the prairie. Many of the reenactment pioneers took off their shoes and socks and walked through the moist sand to keep their feet cool and comfortable.
